Hey, I am considering buying a new amp. I am torn between a VOX AC30 or a Marshall Bluesbreaker re-issue. I have had the oppurtunity to play an AC30, and really liked it. I was almost positive that I was going to get it, until..... I saw a used Bluesbreaker for almost the same price as the AC30. I havent played one, but have always been a huge Clapton fan in his early days. (John Mayall and cream days) Now to my question.
Is the Bluesbreaker limited to just to a specific sound? Can it have a clean sound to it? Cause I do play more then just blues and rock, I also play some jazz everyonce in a while. Is the Vox more versatile then the bluesbreaker. I hope that Made sense.
Oh and I have a GIbson Les Paul standard btw. So any help would be great. |
