My marshall tsl602 just quit in the middle of a song at practice today. All the tubes light up and look good. Both fuses are not blown I am getting no noise at all from the amp. No hum or anything. It is silent. Any ideas on what this could be?

If it has a fuse mounted on the inside of the chassis that might have blown, could be a number of things, possibly the output transformer. Hmm....

Take it to be repaired, don't do it your self as you may kill yourself once you start poking around in inside the amp. Not recommended, i'm an electrical engineer and i wouldn't poke around too much inside a tube amp, anything that runs AC voltage and DC voltage in the same circuit at the same time is plain bizarre and supernatural and should be avoided at all costs unless you know what your doing.
