It's a 70's silverface twin reverb and that's all quite simple except it looks a little different to the ones I've seen. Where it normally is written 'twin reverb' in blue next to the red power light on the front, mine just says 'reverb'. It has two channels, one clean and one with tremelo and reverb. There is no pull out switch for distortion which I think some twins do have. I just haven't found one like it on the web. Looks just the same as a normal twin apart from the absence of the word 'twin' on the front.
Many thanks to anyone who knows about this! |

MikeM is right - more info is needed.
is the tube chart in tact? that should give the circuit model, and that
should narrow it down quick! |

No tube chart whatsoever. Numbers I could find were 022889 above 606-1-2-4
and 022699 again above 606124 . |

| I just saw a video of someone playing through their pro-reverb on youtube. It definitely sounds the same, instantly recognisable, and as I have read the pro has a cleaner sound than the twin which seems to fit as it is impossible to get any dirt from this amp. Has a very punchy bottom end with no saturation at all. The only thing odd is the lack of the word pro before the word reverb on the front. Everything else is the same as a pro reverb. I wonder if this makes it rare or just plain suspect. This thing is definitely old though. Thanks for the suggestion! |

Is there a "Mid" knob between "Treble" and "Bass" on BOTH channels? _________________ Yer guitar pickin' friend,

Then it's a Twin Reverb. The Twin was the ONLY model of that era to have the mid control on both channels. Even the Showman series only had it on the vibrato channel. _________________ Yer guitar pickin' friend,
