| New to this forum and I just purchased a Peavey XXL 2x12 combo amp and I couldn't be happier. This amp sounds so much like a tube it is unbelievable (both clean and distorted). Its unfortnate Peavey has discontinued the 2x12 combo - I was able to get a new from a Dallas shop that had one in their store for a while. |

| The more I play through it, the happier I am with it. I think Peavey finally got the solid-state sim of a tube amp right. Breathes like a tube, distorts like a tube amp, and has a warm tone like a tube amp. |
