Right, first things first - are you going to use it at a gig? If you are you'd better go for the LC30-II or you'll have nowhere near enough volume on tap.
Second, feedback is dependant on a few things - build quality, valve choice, pickup shielding. From what I know the build quality on these is about as good as you're going to get for the money so there's not much you can do there.
To decrease the chances of feedback you could fork out for a set of quality valves (Electro Harmonix are v.good for this - or go to www.watfordvalves.com and get some cryo-treated valves).
Out of preference, as I said in my last post about this, I'd get something else. However, if you like the range, I'd go for the LC30-II. It'll give you more flexibility in the long run.
Have you had a look at the Peavey Valve King range? Apparently these are ok and about the same cost, too. |
