One of the guitarists in my church's band left his amp behind when he changed churches about 3 - 4 months ago. I believe it's safe to assume it may be up for adoption. But just in case, which I believe to be the real deal, I might be able to buy it off of him. How much would a used Blues DeVille 212 be worth? It works, it has original (I believe) electronics inside of it, and most of all, it is nearly in immaculate condition. Please send a reply!
I'm new, and I feel happy to be with Amptalk. _________________ The Demented Cupcake

| Hey i must begin this reply with saying that you should definitly not let this amp slip away. The hot rod deville series from fender are excellent amps especially for their price. This amp inparticular that you are specifying is around $800 new and can either have 4 - 10'' or 2 - 12''. The way that you are describing this amp would have me saying that it would be worth around 450 dollars. If the owner does not kno much about it wether the owner is the guitar player or maybe even the church, try to get it at around 350 maybe. good luck... |

Actually, he knew his amps quite well, and he didn't want to sell it I understand his predicament, though. His house got flooded during Katrina, and he lost everything below four feet to water. Most things higher up were lost to mold, and I don't think he has that much left in his downstairs basement. HOWEVER, He did say I could borrow it when I needed it, so I'm satisfied until he needs it (Which won't be for a while
Thanks for all of your help anyway, because I might eventually get my own. _________________ The Demented Cupcake
