I have just bought a Marshall TSL100.
Where do I set the tone controls for Punk, Classic rock or Blues?
I am using a Gibson Les Paul Custom

These should get you started. Unless anyone else who knows this amp and the settings you are looking for you're going to have to experiment a little bit.
