HI,
I am a good friend of OWWDATUNE's ands so it is my place to bring you all this sad news. I am the moderator at BLUESTALK..please come and visit and sign TERRY's CONDOLENCE CARD ~

This has got to be the SADDEST post I ever had to make.
I was on my way to the DOCS this am when the phone rang and it was TERRY's SON ROCKY......he asked is this THE VOODOO MAN???

I laughed and said UH YEAH I GUESS SO BUT WHO IS THIS?????....
HE replied it's ROCKY TERRY"S SON....
I knew something was wrong at that moment as I had spoke tp TERRY last night as he was driving.

YA se TERRY ran a KENNEL and LOVED his dogs but due to a BAD PERSON he found himself in a bad place and had to close his business and get a real job.

For those who did not know TERRY personally let me let you in on a very SPECIAL PERSON....

TERRY fought in VIET NAMN for TWO TOURS and then unable to return to the STATES when he heard how they were treating veterans he and a friend went to work in AFRICA as MISSONARIES firghting for the people who were becoming extinct due to a Genocidal Dictator....

That was TERRY always ready to STAND up for the MAN who could NO LONGER stand on his own.

TERRY was a HUMANITARIAN but found that this country was filled with spoiled people who have no idea what it is like to fight EVERDAY for food, water and disease so he took on there fight....
HE WAS A GUARDIAN OF THE LITTLE MAN.

I met TERRY years ago about 8 years or so on these BOARDS....quickly my TELL IT LIKE IT IS ATTITUTUDE and TERRY NO TIME FOR BULLSHEET attitude seemed to be made as perfect matches.

WEll as ya know TERRY was TECH GUY ...he always had the answers and if he did not he would find em and give ya the FACTS NEVER HIS OPINION JUST THE FACTS !!!!!!

SMART....the man was smart as a WHISTLE......he was was always TRUE !!

BUT TODAY what I have to say is also true.....
TERRY was making one of his LAST TRIPS as a 18 wheel truck driver prior to picking up his boat and headed up this way for the HOLIDAYS !!!!!

BUT GOD had another plan for TERRY.....sadly without getting into the gruesome details my FRIEND TERRY was RUN OFF THE ROAD and KILLED at the SCENE

I sent him a bouquet made of BLACK ROSES in the shape of a GUITAR.......the words were simple....

YOU MAY BE GONE BUT YOUR MEMORIES STAY AS FRESH AS THE WORDS OF WISDOM YOU TOLD ME LAST NIGHT WHEN WE TALKED...
I SHALL CARRY WITH MY BLUES IN YOUR HONOR and play them with a tear in my eye everytime I sing your favorite song I wrote.....
"JUST A PRODUCT OF WAR !!!!"

You are a GREAT MAN and HUMANITARIAN......and many people who never got to meet you have no idea what a loss it was to them, for those of us who knew you we will NEVER FORGET YOU and your JOKES ABOUT YANKEES AND REDNECKS BOTH ALIKE !!!!!!!

I will miss you terribly and will HONOR you this VETERANS DAY WITH HONOR and will display a FLAG PROUDLY in your name at the PHILLADELPHIA VIET NAMN VETERANS MEMORIAL......though you were not from PHILLY neither was I but our hearts are here now and you will forever be a part of the city of BROTHERLY LOVE.

REST IN PEACE TERRY ..........I shall dig your grave with a SILVER SHOVEL and as a favor I WILL KEEP YOUR GRAVE CLEAN !!!!!!!

Firedude,
Sadly my life has taken a BUMPY ROAD......on AUG.29th I had a heart attack and surgery and had two STINTS IMPLANTED ito my RIGHT VENTRICLE........not but 5 weeks later one of the STINTS was clogged from scar tissue.....so on OCTOBER 15 I went back in to have the BAD STINT removed and a larger one put in and then 2 others installed into the LEFT VENTRICLE.

SADLY though an ULTRA SOUND showed I am clogging with SCAR tissue again and if some early trreatment does not work I'll be undergoing OPEN HEART SURGERY in NOVEMBER..........also caught PNEUMONIA while in the hospital while in ther the second time !!!!!!!!

SORRY FOR THE BAD NEWS FIRDUDE ,but thanks for asking.

Yeah, and the bumps just keep on comin'... I just talked to James on the phone, and he's going in for tests and possible (probable) bypass heart surgery tomorrow morning. If you're so inclined, please pray for our brother. Cool

MAN THANKS FROM TERRY"S FAMILY TO ALL WHO POSTED SUCH KIND THINGS ABOUT OUT FRIEND.

HIS FAMILY IS STILL IN SHOCK AND HIS WIFE WELL I DOUBT HER LIFE WILL EVER BE THE SAME........
