I see 2 TL702's on the schematic.
1 for the reverb send and recovery, and the other tied up with the preamp
send/return (effects loop).

So, instead of using a tube for the reverb send & recovery, Fender used a
this op-amp instead. As far as the effects loop, same. I guess they decided
it would be cheaper to use ss components for those two tasks?
