OK so I was being hyperbolic, but I do have a dilemma that you kind folks may be able to help. I currently play an AC30CCH through a lovely Vox Cab loaded with Celestion Blues.
Honestly, this is one of my favorite amps. However, I play in a touring band and it's kind of a hassle to drag around, especially considering I'm generally unable to crank it to its desired level of tone. The thing just seems too loud for where I'm right now.
I'm considering downgrading to AC15, but I have heard that that does not necessarily fix your volume problem if you like the AC30 but it is just to loud for your purposes. Any ideas out there? Should I downgrade? |

xn - If I were you, I'd just spend the money for a high quality attenuator
and keep your ac30 that you like.
Just my opinion. good luck. |

you don't get much better sound than the rig you're playing right now---but if its DOWN-SIZING you want i would go to the Vox AC15 custom classic with the alnico blue speaker--smaller package but in no real way could be considered a DOWN-GRADE _________________ ~T~...Live a little >crank it up< ...
