A transparent amp that will sound great with an electric, an electic-acoustic, or a bass. Does such an amp exist?

I know, I'm a total noob. Please forgive me, I've only ever had those crappy "uptown" amps they give away with guitars at xmas. Right now I use a PodXT Live into a set of headphones, and its getting old.

I have the pod, so i don't need a lot of features on the amp, just that it be high quality, clear, and work with my three instruments.

I have zero space in my bedroom that's why I want to get a bass amp with these features, so I won't have to get multiple amps.

Thanks a lot to anyone that can help!!

in a word: nope.
amps are only great because they sound different and more pleasing in a style than other stuff.. to my knowlege an affordable "great" sounding amp covering all these instruments is yet to be built.. and if it does im guessing it will involve bolting a few classic guitar combos, iconic bass combos and a treble friendly "acoustic amp and speaker" together.. hmmm.. sounds like a winner to me.. anyway..
no.
i have a big ol bass amp that can handle a fair bit of instrument changing (albeit very averagely) with creative outboard eq'ing.. but thats the closest ive heard.. so i guess what im trying to say is..
no.
