Hi all. Came here via the Fender Talk forum. I'm mjaggisan over there. I'v got two Carvin amps right now. An old X100B head with a seymour duncan 4x12 cab and I just got a Carvin Nomad which, so far, I really like.

I also have an old Peavey 35w ss practice amp, a GNX4 and various pedals to play around with. My main axes are strats. I've also got a old G&L invader I bought the same day is the X100B which was some 20 years ago now. Shocked

I love talking gear and I may be doing some mods over time(To the nomad). Look foward to talking shop here with you all.

Hey markj - I'm a Fendertalker too.
A Cavin X100B? NICE!!!! I've had my eye on getting one of those (or a X60,
but whats 40 watts between friends, huh?) I'm just waiting for my
pocket book to allow me to get one! Those seem to have about every
feature I could I need or want in an amp. I've never had the chance to
play one though, but I bet they are as good sounding as they are good looking.

Yeah, and keep us posted on the mods to the nomad - ok?oh, and welcome!
