Hi to anyone reading this. I need to know how to date VOX amps as I am about to buy what appears to be a very old 60's/70's AC30. can anyone give me any ideas about what to look for to ID its age etc. I know this looks really ignorant of me but I only know about vintage guitars not amps. Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Trevor

Very often, there is a sticker on the circuit board or the chassis with a manufacture date on it. Most of us manufacturers hide those because we don't want people opening it up and poking around and possibly getting electrocuted.

If you DO open it up, make sure it is UNPLUGGED.
