I don't remember much about the old Acoustics, I never had one. Any chance of a picture and details about speakers, wattage, configuration, etc.?

a quick google search turned up the following:

The full name of the amp manufacturer was "acoustic control corporation".

Here is the unofficial acoustic amp page....pricelists and such are there...i did not see a model 123 but there is a lot of info there:
http://acoustic360.homeunix.net/index2.html

here is a link to the harmony central review area for the 123 model including prices paid for the amp used:
http://reviews.harmony-central.com/reviews/Guitar+Amp/product/Acoustic+Control+Corporation/123/10/1

hope this helps....

Well it looks like this series, I'm guessing. Here's a Model 122:

and here's a model 124:

Does it look like those? Perhaps the 2x12" speaker version?

In the review the guy paid $360 for his, I think new in 1981. They were introduced in 1974. It's probably worth a couple hundred bucks. Good amp, but solid state and not real popular. I remember I didn't care for the "Acoustic" amp sound back in those days, it was too lifeless for me. But they were loud, clear and dependable.

You can try using the google search for vintage amplifier price range.
