Vox AD30VT Changed out to a fender alnico blue!

Anyone out there have a Vox AD30VT?
This amp did not handle very well, the lows would break up and it did not handle when cranked.
I changed out the cheap stock speaker to a Fender alnico Blue 30W (used in the reisue bassman).
Major difference. I can now actually turn the bass all the way up.
I can crank the volume all the way and the speaker does not break at all.
The sound is much more defined and way brighter.
Major improvment for $60 (musicians friend) plus I got free express shipping.
I would suggest this upgrade to anyone with this amp or the other 15 or 50 watt models.
