Hi folks, I have a AS50R which I love to bits, but the reverb has died in the last couple of weeks. Chorus is fine, both channels work fine, master vol etc, but no reverb. One day it was there, next time I switched it on (not having moved/dropped it or anything).... nothing.

I bought the amp second hand so there's no warranty.

I'm not afraid to delve around in there with a soldering iron if I had a schematic. I emailed Marshall and got no response.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I'd take it to a tech if I were you. This seems to be a common problem on many of the newer Marshall transistor and digital amps, having the effects or a channel blow out.
